Summer is coming!

Took an early summer dip with lovely friends a few days ago.

And though they saw how completely vulnerable I am wet (I am not a pool/sea/water person, I fare better at the beach or the poolside), I still had loads of fun.

On another note, gone are the days of traipsing around in just my bikini. Yes, all the wonderful things I've been putting in my mouth has taken a toll on the tummy and various parts of the body. These days, cover-ups (or in my case sub-standard "pwede na" beach clothes) are a must. Lucked upon these really cool (and comfortable) pants from my mother's closet a while back and I thought it'd be perfect for the pool. I bet they'd be perfect for everyday wear, too!

Thanks to our friend Coby for being that afternoon's host and welcoming us into their lovely home in Ohana-- it was beautiful and it's right smack in the middle of the south. I had no idea this place existed.

We also met the very adorable Pogo! He's so precioussssss!

Hee. One day mini summer vacation is over and back to the reality of school work and responsibilities. Just glad I had a chance to take a break. Till the next adventure, guys!
